DETAILED POLICY

Communication:
It’s our pleasure to answer ANY questions you have.  We want the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service.  Messages are checked daily, but try not to wait until the last minute.

Payment:
Please follow eBay policy and make payment within 48 hours after your winning bid.  However, if you intend to COMBINE SHIPPING OVER A 5 DAY PERIOD, payment is due at the end of the 5

day.  Just communicate your intention with us.

Shipping:
We will ship within 24 hours of payment on normal business days.  eBay permits Friday evening auctions to be sent out on Monday morning.  We will do our best to ship on Saturdays, but cannot always guarantee this.
Purchases totaling $150.00 or more may be sent with ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Combined Shipping:
Yes, we combine shipping.  $3.69 for first item, $0.50 for each additional item.   You can combine purchases for a
5 DAY PERIOD
that begins with the END TIME of your first auction won.  Message me with your intentions to do so.

FREE SHIPPING:
Combine any 5 or more auctions over a 5-day period and we pay the shipping.  Please message us with your intention.  It should calculate automatically.  ANY QUESTIONS?  Just message us!

RETURNS:
On items received “that are not as described” and we will fully refund and pay for postage.  However, if you experience “buyer’s remorse” and wish to return an item, you must do so at your own expense.  Buyer will be responsible for postage and subject to a 20% restocking fee.  We do our best to describe any major flaws in our coins or currency.
