You will receive a new TCM (typically T14 or T14A, but may be any of the above) programmed with correct calibration for your truck.
IMPORTANT
:
Buyer must send us Ebay message with the VIN after purchase so we can program the TCM.
If
we receive no VIN we cannot program the TCM and buyer’s order may be
delayed or canceled (see below).
NOTE
:
The TCMs in this listing are for

IMPORTANT
:
This TCM requires programming, which is included in this listing.  After purchase please send us Ebay message with your VIN and we will program the TCM.
You need only disconnect battery, install the TCM, reconnect battery and drive thevehicle.  No additional procedures are required.  The TCM auto-learns.  Any idle instability is transient and will disappear on its own.

We cannot program the TCM for your VIN if you do not give it us.  We are required by Ebay to ship within 2 days.  We do not ship orders late as it is detrimental to our Ebay seller ratings.

CANCELLATIONS

order cancellation requests by buyer after purchase are
“discretionary courtesy refunds” (DCRs).  DCRs are
considered at our sole discretion and only before the order has been
programmed and processed for shipping.  All DCRs are subject to
3% restocking/processing fee, no exceptions.  By purchasing this

We
program ECUs using advanced custom programming systems.  This allows us
to map parameters in many calibrations to better serve customers’
needs.  This also allows us to program directly off-board some ECUs
which cannot be programmed standalone using standard OEM flash tools; hence we
are the only Ebay seller offering programming service for such modules
whereas others do not.  We continuously work to improve our
capabilities in order to better serve our customers, so if we currently
do not support certain modules or calibration parameters, we may in
the future.
SHIPPING
:
FREE
USPS priority mail shipping to USA (2-3 business days).  USPS Express
mail is also available at checkout for additional cost if you need it
faster.  The processing time (1-2 business days)
does not change.  We only ship USPS.  We generally do not ship on
weekends.
WARRANTY
:
If ECU fails within
90 days
of delivery contact us and we will exchange it for a new replacement unit, buyer pays shipping.
All
ECUs must be installed by professional automotive technician into the
correct, unmodified, application vehicle that it was ordered for.  All
ECUs must be returned in same unaltered condition as they are received. 
Any alteration to the form or function of the ECU, which includes but
is not limited to opening or (re)programming it, voids the warranty.
This is a part warranty, not an Ebay return policy.
Due
to buyers abusing the Ebay return system, we no longer have any return
policy and do not accept returns.  We are not a free troubleshooting ECU
loaner service — you cannot install and use our ECU to determine that
your problem was something else, and return it because you don’t need it
anymore.  You are responsible for accurately diagnosing your vehicle’s
requirements.  Please make certain that you in fact need an ECU before
you purchase it — there are no returns/refunds.  If you buy it, you own
it.
